Variety of Opportunities to Enhance our Youth Ministries:

    • Lesson teachers (do not have to be Safe-Sanctuary* approved, as we will have enough adults in the room who are)

    • Help prep for lessons (making copies, collecting materials, setting up slides....)

    • Small Group Leader / Mentor (Must be Safe-Sanctuary* approved.)

    • Retreat chaperones (Must be Safe-Sanctuary* approved.) 2 men, 2 women

    • Retreat food organizers

    • Youth-Led Worship Sunday (adult chaperones, assistant organizers, piano player, technology helper)

    • Organize, serve, and clean up detail  for Confirmation Luncheon in the fall.

*Safe Sanctuary is UMCG's policy to be committed to providing a safe environment for our children, youth and adult leaders.  At least two of the volunteers who work directly with our children and youth are trained and background checked to provide an added level of security and comfort for all.
